Mother And Newborn Missing In Co Roscommon

Gardaí have launched an appeal for information into the whereabouts of a woman and her newborn daughter who have been missing for almost a week.

Paige Holland, 23, who is also known as Abbie Goodier or Paige Goodier, has not been seen since Friday 15 January 2016. Her one-week-old daughter, Nevaeh Goodier/Tighe, is with her. They are said to have left their home at Westview, Cloonfad in Co Roscommon, Ireland, last week and have not been seen since.

Paige is described as 5'6" in height, of medium build with blonde shoulder length hair, and she has a strong English accent. Her daughter Nevaeh was born on 13 January 2016. It is not known what clothing Paige was wearing when last seen.

Gardaí believe the couple are being accompanied by Ms Holland's partner, Aaron Tighe – also known as Aaron Chadwick or Ian Smith. He is 22years-old, described as 5'6" tall, medium build, with short brown/fair hair. He also has a strong English accent.

Officers investigating their whereabouts have said they are concerned for the welfare of Paige and her daughter and are liaising with TUSLA.
