According to The Sun, former Coronation Street actor Oliver Mellor, who is engaged to Sugden, hit out at the former cricketer regarding his behaviour.
An exchange between the two men is alleged to have taken place last week after Warne refused to "get the hint" that Sugden was engaged and didn't want to meet him.
It is understood Warne first contacted the glamour model via Twitter, but continued to contact her, despite being told that she was engaged.
The newspaper claims Mellor told Warne: "Not sure why a 46 year old man who she has never met... would want to meet up with her, other than to be inappropriate.
"Get the hint and find somebody single to bombard with messages."
It is not the first time Warne has been implicated in a romance scandal.
Mellor, meanwhile, was alleged to have had a five-month affair with his Corrie co-star Kym Marsh who was married to Jamie Lomas at the time. In 2010, Sugden also hit the headlines after it was revealed she had received a number of explicit messages from married television presenter Vernon Kay.

Shane Warne has been accused of sending a number of messages to model Rhian Sugden.According to The Sun, former Coronation Street actor Oliver Mellor, who is engaged to Sugden, hit out at the former cricketer regarding his behaviour.
