The former Westlife band member, who split from his wife after three years of marriage, is believed to have "grown close" to Louisa while filming for 'The Jump' in Austria.
A source told the Irish Sun newspaper: "They do seem to have grown very close very quickly. They get on like a house on fire and it's obvious to everyone that something is going on between them. Their connection is undeniable."
Brian was previously married to Vogue Williams and Kerry Katona.
