McConnell, 25, was evicted from the house last Friday, but he and Davis have made headlines ever since the latest series of the reality television show began as they flirted with each other and even shared a kiss – despite Davis already being in a relationship.
She and McConnell have since declared their love for each other, and now she admits she is finding it hard being apart from the model.
On Wednesday night's episode, the 22-year-old was spotted staring at McConnell's portrait on the wall.
Talking to the picture, she emotionally admitted: "I love you. I actually love you. Oh my God, I cannot spend another night away from you. It's torture. Jez, Jez... It's actual torture."
She then kissed the portrait, adding: "Ahh... Oh my God, I actually love you!"
