The couple are thought to have started dating in late 2015, but have tried to keep their romance away from the spotlight. Just last month, Solomon confirmed the pair were in a relationship, but refused to divulge any further information.
Now, speaking to The Mirror, it is understood Solomon will be spending the romantic holiday with her two young sons.
She is quoted by the newspaper as saying: "I'll be having a romantic day with my boys instead – they make cards for me at school so I feel loved."
It is understood Swash is currently in Innsbruck, Austria, as he is expected to join the new series of Channel 4 reality television show The Jump.
