The pair celebrated the first anniversary of their wedding vow renewal on 21 February.
Speaking to OK! Magazine about renewing their vows again this year she said: "It's a good excuse for a party and to get together with friends.
"I want to do it this year but I haven't got time because of work. I'm going to miss wearing another dress, though."
Kieran said: "I don't think we'll do it every year, but perhaps every other year?"
