The television presenter welcomed her first child with husband Patrick Kielty in January.
The pair prefer to keep their private life out of the spotlight, but in a new interview with Closer magazine, the 39-year-old said: "I'm besotted with the baby and really enjoying motherhood."
She also commented on the baby weight she has lost since giving birth, saying: "People keep asking me if I've been hitting the gym, but I haven't. I think breastfeeding is key and it's worked well for me. Add to that running around after a new baby and you don't need to work out."
Deeley and Kielty, 45, had been friends since 2002, having presented BBC talent show Fame Academy together. Early in 2012, they revealed they were in a relationship, and tied the knot just six months later. They announced they were expecting their first child together in September 2015.
