Talulah Riley, Elon Musk Divorce For Second Time

Talulah Riley has filed for divorce from her husband Elon Musk for the second time.

It is understood Riley, a British actress, filed papers with Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday. It is the second attempt by the couple to end their second marriage.


Musk, 44, filed for divorce in December 2014, but withdrew the petition seven months later. Now, 30-year-old Riley has filed for divorce, but it is said to be a joint decision by the couple who will remain friends. They are thought to have been living separately for the past six months.

The couple tied the knot in 2010, but divorced in 2012. They then re-married 18 months later. A second divorce petition was filed by Musk in 2014 but it was never finalised.

The couple has no children together.
