According to The Mirror, the couple have enjoyed a number of dates together.
A source is quoted as saying: "James and Jess are absolutely smitten with each other. They've been seeing a lot of each other and James has even come to Essex to meet Jess' friends and family."
The speculation comes just a few months after Hill revealed in an interview with his ideal woman was Jess Wright.
Neither Wright nor Hill have commented on the claims.
