She split from her second wife Michelle Rounds in 2014 and their marriage has been legally dissolved 15 months after she filed for divorce.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "The divorce is finalised, it's just a formality for the paperwork to be submitted."
Lawyers are expected to submit the paperwork to the Manhattan Supreme Court tomorrow, 31 March.
They are to share custody of their three-year-old adopted daughter Dakota.
