Katie, who saved her marriage to Kieran Hayler after he cheated on her with two of her friends, has offered Tess some support.
Katie and Tess are believed to get on well with each other.
An insider told Closer Magazine: "Katie now sees her marriage as rock solid and wants to share her secrets to dealing with betrayal - she thinks she should be a marriage counsellor or an agony aunt because she believes she's discovered the secret to a happy marriage!"
The insider continued: "Katie knows it sounds drastic but she thinks Tess needs to make Vernon do a lie detector test, as well as see a therapist and she'll tell her that straight.
"She believes this is the only way Tess will rebuild the trust and save her marriage. She's hoping Tess gets in touch so she can help."
