The actress revealed she was pregnant on Monday night as she attended a CinemaCon event in Las Vegas, where her baby bump was clearly visible.
She later confirmed her pregnancy to People.com, but did not say who the father was.
Fox, 29, filed for divorce from her husband Brian Austin Green in August 2015, but the couple were said to have been separated six months prior to this. Speculation quickly arose as to whether it was Green, or one of her male co-stars, who was the father of the child.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the actress responded to the rumours by sharing a photo collage of herself next to three of her past and present male co-stars – Transformers actor Shia LaBeouf, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actor Will Arnett, and Jake Johnson, her onscreen love interest on U.S. sitcom New Girl. She captioned the collage: "#NotTheFather".
While this has not confirmed that Fox's estranged husband is the father, sources have reportedly told E! News that Green is the father, and while the pregnancy was not planned, the couple are "extremely happy".
Fox and Green announced their separation in August 2015 but they had already been separated for six months. The couple, who were married for five years and together for 11, have two children together; sons Noah, four, and two-year-old Bodhi.
