The pair wed at St Paul's church in west London in December.
Speaking to The Mirror he said "everything from beginning to end was magical".
He said: "You dream about your wedding day and have anxiety about tables and food and people, but from the moment I woke up until the end of the night, everything was perfect.
"I was very, very nervous about doing the right thing and whether I would get too emotional but I loved the service and it felt like everything that a marriage should be.
"We had people there we cared about, it was as small as we could have made it and it went perfectly."
Frank has two daughters from a previous relationship.
