The former Jersey Shore star welcomed a son, whose name has not yet been revealed, on Thursday.
A representative for the 30-year-old confirmed the news to E!
In a statement, she said: "The most amazing moment of tonight besides the birth of our healthy son, was having Roger deliver the baby with our doctor! We are so in love."
JWoww and Mathews tied the knot in October last year. They are also parents to a daughter named Meilani who was born in July 2014.
