The pair, who are due to celebrate their third wedding anniversary this year, have been in the spotlight in recent weeks after Rutland was accused of assisting an offender in 2010. The charges have since been dropped, but speaking about the speculation on her and her husband's relationship, the 31-year-old said: "Towards the end [of the case] it was just tiresome because it wasn't true. I guess because there was no truth in it, it didn't really bother me and I was just like, 'I don't need to defend my marriage, I know what's going on behind closed doors.
"So in the end I just thought it would be easier to put something on Instagram and say, 'You know what, there is no truth in it.'"
Rutland, 35, and Ecclestone married in June 2013. Their daughter, Sophia, was born in March 2014.
