The television personality addressed recent media speculation on US talk show The Talk on Tuesday, where she is one of the panellists. Having missed Monday's show due to reports surrounding her relationship status, the 63-year-old returned to the show and spoke openly about the claims.
She confirmed that she had kicked her husband out of the house following allegations that he had been unfaithful, but that he had since returned – and she had moved out of the property instead.
She explained: "I'm 63 years of age and I can't keep living like this...
"He's given me an unbelievable life and he's given me three gorgeous children and I love him. I'm just trying to take it all in, take it all in and process it.
"I've been avoiding looking at any pictures or reading anything. I know whats gone on, and I don't need to read about it, it's like putting salt in a wound and I don't need to."
She continued: "I'm doing great. I really, really am. I'm honestly empowered and I have found this inner strength and I'm like, 'What's next'."
Osbourne also said that she has yet to decide if the couple's split will be permanent.
Sharon and Ozzy, 67, first met in the 1970s and tied the knot in 1982. They have three children together; Jack, Kelly and Aimee.
