Celeb In Alleged Extra-Marital Relationship Cannot Be Named

The celebrity, who is only named in court as PJS, appealed against a court ruling to lift the ban on media outlets in England and Wales revealing his name.

He has already been named in Scotland as well as the US, and The Sun on Sunday argued that it should also be able to run the story.

The celebrity in question argued that he had a right to privacy.
