The news comes just weeks after the rocker and his wife Sharon were said to be on the verge of divorce. It has been reported that Ozzy hopes ending the affair will save his 34-year marriage.
A source is quoted by the New York Post's Page Six as saying: "His family is very important to him and he's come to his senses. Sharon is Ozzy's whole life; he can't manage without her."
However, it is thought Sharon could still file for divorce.
The insider added: "She'll wait months. It's a huge decision with a lot of moving parts, so she's going to see how everything shakes out before deciding what she wants to do and what is best for their kids."
Ozzy, 67, and 63-year-old Sharon first met in the 1970s and tied the knot in 1982. They have three children together; Aimee (32), Kelly (31), and 30-year-old Jack.
