Taylor Swift has surprised one of her fans – by showing up at their wedding.
The singer made the surprise appearance at the weeding of fans Max Singer and Kenya Smith at the weekend. It was arranged by 26-year-old Swift and the groom's sister. She had written to the singer and told her that newlyweds had legally married in her mother's hospital room just before she died, so that she would not miss out on the couple's wedding. Swift's hit single, Blank Space, was played at the time.
Swift then kept in contact with the groom's sister to arrange the surprise and as the wedding guests danced together at the reception over the weekend, Swift emerged – with a small electric piano – to play a stripped-back version of Blank Space.
She also painted a watercolour card for the couple, featuring lyrics from the song.
She also posed for photographs with the wedding party and uploaded an image of herself with thr bride and groom to Instagram which she captioned: "Third wheel".
