Saiar, who has a son and an adopted daughter, said she had no choice to use it after they ran out of cow's milk.
Speaking to the other panelists on the show she said: "Steve's had my breast milk. I put it in his tea! I used one of those pumps and I used to put it in the fridge and we run out of milk, I was making him a cup of tea so I put it in.
"It's quite weak when it mixes with tea. I took it to him, he went, 'Have you put any milk in there?' I went, 'Yeah, there's loads. It doesn't look like it cause we've run out of milk and that's the last bit'.
"I was watching him drink it and I asked, 'Is it quite nice?' And he went, 'Well, there's not enough milk in there'. I thought, 'Well that's all I've got out of my breast, there's no more in there, they're only little'. "
