Lydia Bright has revealed she is no longer in contact with her ex-boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent.
The couple, who both star on reality television show The Only Way Is Essex, dated on and off for seven years, before confirming they had separated for good last month.
Now, speaking to MailOnline, 25-year-old Bright has admitted she has since cut off all contact with her ex. She said: "We don't communicate and I think that's the best way for us. When you first break-up with someone I personally don't think it's a good to keep in contact.
"It wasn't a very good break-up but obviously we have to work with each other so we will become amicable and civil for the sake of that. It is for good this time."
