Marco was one of the contestants on this year's Big Brother, but during his short stay in the house he slept with fellow housemate Laura Carter. At the time, the 21-year-old said that his fiancée had given him a "hall pass" for the show. However, Melville-Smith later hit back at the claims.
Marco, who is the son of celebrity chef Marco Pierre White, was the first to be evicted from the BB house and said that while he didn't regret sleeping with Laura, he did go too far. He then confirmed that he and his fiancée were taking a break from their relationship.
Melville-Smith has not spoken out about the split, but did share an image on Twitter which was captioned: "I wish I was a little girl again, coz skinned knees r a lot easier to fix. Why is it so hard sometimes #heartbroken (sic)."
Her tweet was met with messages of support from a number of her followers.
