The couple, who are also rumoured to be expecting their first child together, are said to have held an engagement party at the weekend.
According to The Sun, a source claimed: "Russell didn't want a big fuss this time after his very public relationship with Katy [Perry]. Laura is also keen to keep their romance low-key, so the small, intimate party was very much in keeping with their 'homebods' image.
"As they are becoming parents, Russell wanted to do the right thing and make Laura his wife. She's delighted he asked."
Those believed to be in attendance at the party include Laura's sister, Kirsty Gallacher, and actress Susie Amy. Over the weekend, both women shared a number of photographs on social media, showing them to be at a party. One particular image shared by Kirsty was of her and her sister hugging. She captioned the photo: "Congratulations to my gorgeous sister @daisypoppets".
Neither Brand nor Gallacher have commented on the pregnancy or engagement reports.
