The 54-year-old was in a corridor at the ITV studios when she bumped into the talk show host and asked him for advice – in a video she later shared on her Twitter account.
Wearing a t-shirt which read 'No Boyfriend No Drama', Sandra proceeded to tell Jeremy about the split. She said: "My boyfriend was cheating on me so I got rid of him. I'm 54 and my boyfriend has left me, right?
"What happened was he came to my house to fix my laptop and then a phone call came and he took the phone outside to talk to another woman.
"Then when I went to say to him: 'What are you doing?' He told me to shush, so I gave him a Gogglebox karate."
She continued: "What do I do though? I've been with him for 10 years… do I go for another man?"
Jeremy, who seemed amused by the whole situation, replied: "Go to Big Brother", before he made a quick departure.
Just a few weeks ago, Sandra revealed she had reunited with Derek and the pair were set to tie the knot. She later took to Twitter to confirm they had separated once more.
