The former Destiny's Child band member has reportedly split with Rob after being married for two months.
According to TMZ the divorce has only been finalised.
The pair are believed to have signed a clause in relation to public statements and social media posts.
Speaking previously about their romance, Rob said: "We have a beautiful relationship ... we understand each other as friends, the right way. There are certain things she needs to do for herself, and there are certain things I need to do."
