The couple, who have been in a relationship since 2013, married at Hever Castle, Kent, on Saturday.
Among the guests were Wallace's MasterChef co-host John Torode and his girlfriend Lisa Faulkner.
Wallace, 51, and 30-year-old Sterpini met on Twitter in March 2013 after Sterpini sent him a question about rhubarb. They soon started dating and announced their engagement in December 2014.
It is the fourth marriage for Wallace.
