According to the Daily Star, she married her childhood friend Mohammad Imran Khan in 2011.
The publication said a friend of Chloe's opened up about her private life.
A source said: "Chloe's biggest secret is that she is married, which is why she changed her surname from Heald to Khan.
"He is a British Pakistani from Bradford, and they have been married since 2011. They are living together at her mansion in Leeds.
"They are still 100% together, they went for dinner just before she went into CBB. They've known each other since they were kids.
"His name is Mohammed Imran Khan. You can see the tattoo on her finger which reads 'MIK'."
However, Chloe has been seen kissing and fooling around with housemate Stephen Bear during her time on the show.
The Daily Star claims Mohammed hasn't posted anything on social media following her antics.
The source continued: "I used to see Mohammed post on social media in support of Chloe on Snapchat.
"But since she has been kissing Bear, he hasn't posted anything."
