Earlier this year, the pair were rumoured to be in a relationship, but Simpson later denied that they had been romantically involved. It appeared that the couple had managed to remain on friendly terms, but then Simpson publicly called Davies 'fame hungry' and 'desperate' after he was spotted on a night out with his 'Ex On The Beach' co-star Jem Lucy.
Now, speaking to Reveal magazine, Davies has admitted that he and Simpson are not on good terms.
He told the publication: "Me and Marnie aren't exactly on ok terms. When she went away filming she randomly out of nowhere started sl*gging me off.
"She called me 'fame hungry' and 'desperate' and I was like, 'Where the f**k has this come from?' If I was that fame hungry, I'd be trying to get with everybody going and get on every TV show.
"I don't know whether she was just trying to cause drama to get herself onto Big Brother..."
Marnie is currently a housemate on the current series of Celebrity Big Brother and has hit headlines over her behaviour and alleged blossoming romance with fellow housemate Lewis Bloor.
Commenting on the pair's so-called romance, Jordan said: "I don't know how real this thing is with Lewis, this romance. I just think they're doing it for a showmance, for a storyline. It's a bit out of the ordinary."
