Bear and Gregg were in a relationship when the former entered the reality television show earlier this month, but after kissing his housemate Chloe Khan as a dare, he then proclaimed that his girlfriend wasn't 'The One', and that he was interested in dating Ms Khan instead.
While Khan was evicted from the CBB house last week, Bear received a surprise visit from his now ex-girlfriend yesterday – of which the scenes were aired.
Initially, Bear was shocked to see his former girlfriend walk through the door, and she even introduced herself to the other housemates present, saying she "was" Stephen's girlfriend. However, it then seemed that Bear was annoyed his ex had chosen to confront him about his behaviour on television.
Khan has now had her say on the matter. Appearing on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side on Thursday night, she told the hosts: "I really thought Bear was going to cry his eyes out when Lilllie walked in because anyone that knows him, knows that he's actually a really sweet and sensitive person. I thought he was going to crack but he didn't.
"It's bizarre that she wanted to go in there. When you're in there, it's like your own little universe. It was crazy to watch her go in but I'm glad she did. What she said needed saying – but I really am surprised she wanted to do it. Well done Big Brother for setting that up."
