The couple were married for eight years, but according to reports, Natasha is said to have launched divorce proceedings earlier this year.
A source is quoted by The Sun on Sunday as saying: "Of course Natasha and David have children together, so they will always be connected through them. But she no longer wants to be his wife."
In 2011, the former boxer was accused of being unfaithful to his wife. He is said to have had an affair with Amie Buck, an X Factor hopeful. Last year, a representative for Haye denied rumours of an affair after he was photographed at a London hotel with a mystery woman.
Just months later, David and Natasha were reported to have put their family home on the market.
Haye and Natasha have a son, Cassius, together.
