Speaking to new! magazine she said: "If it wasn't for Lewis I would have died of starvation - he cooked me three meals a day, every day. He was so caring and loving and I've never had anyone like that."
However, she also said she is in no rush to get married.
She said: "We get on so well and we don't argue. It's perfect."
