It is understood the pair were both in attendance at Tape, a nightclub in London, on Saturday night, where they were said to have put on an 'affectionate' display.
A source is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: "They didn't leave each other alone all night and Thomas couldn't keep his hands off her. At one point they were sexily dancing together and you could see they both were having a great time.
"They're both single and it definitely seemed as though something was going on between them."
Foote, 25, was previously in a relationship with her former Strictly Come Dancing partner Giovanni Pernice, but just last month she confirmed their romance had come to an end after deciding that it was better for them to be friends.
