The couple both recently took part in E4 reality series Celebs Go Dating, where they allegedly hit it off. They later confirmed they were dating, but have been forced to defend their romance ever since.
In a new interview with OK! magazine, they have once again insisted that they are not fake.
Essex, who rose to fame on reality show The Only Way Is Essex, told the publication: "I know it's genuine, she knows it's genuine. I trust her, she trusts me. It works and it's perfect. I don't care what anyone says or thinks."
Pratt, who first found fame on LA reality show The Hills, added: "I'm so happy I don't have to look for the perfect guy any more. He fell right into my hands. I think he's the hottest guy in the world."
