McLean also confirmed she would be off for the next four weeks so she can recover.
Speaking to the Loose Women panel, she said: "Just to let you know, don't worry if you don't see me for the next month or so. I am actually going to be convalescing.
"I'm having a hysterectomy tomorrow - lots of personal reasons for that. I did go to the doctors and talk about it."

TV presenter Andrea McLean has revealed she is to undergo a hysterectomy.She made the announcement on ITV's Loose Women on Wednesday, 21 September.
