The former Ex On The Beach star has previously dated Gaz Beadle and Stephen Bear, but both of those highly-publicised romances ended badly.
Speaking as part of MTV Australia's Facebook Live event earlier this week, Lillie confessed: "I am seeing somebody. Nobody knows [who he is] and I want to keep him a secret."
She was then asked why she has recently posted 'teasing' photos of her partner on Snapchat, to which she said: "Yeah, but you can't work out who he is."
However, she did add: "He's not from Essex. It's early days and I'm a bit scared to put my relationship out there. So we are just taking it very slowly, but he definitely treats me a lot nicer than anyone else has. HE's totally different. Just really polite, calm and quiet."
