Earlier this week, InTouch magazine claimed that the singer, 26, had "set her sights" on the 44-year-old actor, but this has now been denied in a new report by Gossip Con.
The initial story ran with a headline which read: "She's a man-eater! Taylor sets her sight on Ben."
It then detailed how Affleck, who split from his wife Jennifer Garner in June 2015, allegedly asked his Suicide Squad co-star Cara Delevingne to put him in touch with Swift as the pair are good friends.
After texting back and forth, a source was quoted by the publication as saying: "She's [Taylor] made it clear to Ben that she's interested – and Taylor always gets what she wants."
However, Gossip Cop has now said that the claims are not true and the pair are not dating.
