However, it now appears that their romance has been short-lived as Marnie has deleted every trace of her boyfriend from her Instagram account.
On Sunday, the 24-year-old then tweeted: "Over before it begun (sic)."
Lewis, meanwhile, also took to Twitter a few hours later, simply telling his followers: "One door closes another one opens that how life works (sic)."
When asked about the claims by the MailOnline, representatives for both said: "No comment."
