The former TOWIE star announced last month that she was expecting her second child with fiancé Greg Shepherd. The couple are already parents to daughter, Nelly, who is two.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she admitted: "I say to her [Nelly]: 'Do you want a baby brother or a baby sister?', and she says: 'I want a baby Paul!' It's so cute.
"I want a baby Paul, too. I'd have ten baby Pauls!"
Billie's sister, Samantha, is a mother to a baby boy named Paul.
