According to The Sun, the former Westlife singer is said to be dating Danielle Parkinson, a teacher at a secondary school in Rochdale.
The pair are thought to have been dating for two months and were introduced by a mutual friend.
A source is quoted by the newspaper as saying: "Danielle was a fanatical athlete in her teens and entered loads of regional competitions and people really thought she would actually make the GB Olympic squad, but sadly it never happened."
They added: "She is happy at her PE job right now and has kept the relationship with Brian McFadden fairly quiet. It will become high profile no doubt when he starts his Boyzlife tour and he is in the news again – and to be honest the two of them are a happy item."
McFadden, 36, was previously married to model Vogue Williams. The couple separated in July 2015 after three years of marriage.
The singer was also married to Kerry Katona. The couple tied the knot in 2002, before separating in 2004. Their divorce was finalised in 2006. They had two children together.
