According to In Touch Weekly, Orlando told his friends he ended the relationship shortly after Halloween.
A source told the publication: "He claimed that he's just not ready to get married and have babies."
He was previously married to supermodel Miranda Kerr and the pair have a son together.
However, the magazine also claims Katy was the one to end the relationship.
An insider said: "She said they were on different life paths and as much as she likes him, it's time to move on."
