The couple were spotted holding hands on Sunday following a night out in London.
Last week, The Sun Online reported that the former TOWIE star was dating Spiller, but this is the first time it appears to have been confirmed.
At the time, a source was quoted by the publication as saying: "Danielle is really keen on Daniel. He's a real catch and they get on really well.
"Leaving TOWIE was hard but she wants to focus on moving on with her life and she wants Daniel to be a part of that.
"Now she won't have to see James as much and he won't know everything that's going on in her life – it feels really refreshing for her."
Armstrong, 28, previously had an on-off relationship with her TOWIE co-star James Lock for three years, before ending their romance for good in August 2016.
