The two singers embarked on a brief romance in 2010 when they both appeared on The X Factor, but following the split it was alleged that it didn't go smoothly.
However, 30-year-old Ferguson has now said their relationship is "old news" and that she doesn't care about it anymore.
She told the Metro newspaper: "I hate the way it is always twisted. I genuinely wish him well, but I genuinely couldn't give a s**t. It's such old news. That's my final word and I'll never speak about it again."
She then added: "What annoys me if I'm being really honest, is I'm always being asked about Zayn and I've never seen him asked about me."
Ferguson is currently said to be in a relationship with Bros singer Matt Goss, but both parties have said that while they are friends, they are both single.
