According to People magazine, the couple's son – Joshua Bishop Kelley – was born five days before Christmas.
Heigl, 38, and 36-year-old Kelley met in 2005 and became engaged in June 2006. They tied the knot in December 2007. They are also parents to two adopted daughters; Nancy, eight, and four-year-old Adalaide.
