Stephanie Davis has admitted that she would like more children.
The former Hollyoaks actress welcomed her first child – Caben-Albi – in January of this year, with her ex-partner Jeremy McConnell. The pair, who had a bitter falling out following their short-lived relationship in 2016, have recently spent time together again with their newborn.
In a statement recently released by Davis, the 23-year-old said: "Stephanie wants to address the rumours that have been reported in the press over the last few days regarding herself and Jeremy. At this present time they're co-parenting and it works.
"Together they're discussing Caben's wants and needs and deciding what's best. Caben will always be their number one priority and being the best parents to their little boy is paramount to them both."
However, in a new interview with NOW magazine, the mum-of-one has hinted that she would like more children with McConnell. She is quoted by the publication as saying: "I want my kids to have the same dad. That's ideally what anyone wants. No one wants kids in a broken home. I'd want the same family. I can't wait to give Caben a brother or sister in the future."
She also insisted that her pregnancy had been planned, but both herself and her ex had "made mistakes" in the months the were together, and following their split.
She explained: "It was planned [pregnancy]. It was absolutely a planned pregnancy. We made mistakes. But Caben will know his parents loved each other and he was made out of love. We want to be the best parents we can be."
