The couple, who have been in a relationship since 2012, were reported to have tied the knot in a private ceremony in November 2015, but this is the first time the former actress has commented on the status of her relationship.
In a new interview with Net-A-Porter's The EDIT magazine, the 30-year-old talks about running a business with her twin sister Ashley and balancing it with her family life.
She explained: "I have a husband, two step-kids and a life; I have to go home and cook dinner.
"I ride horses on the weekends. You find the thing that helps you relax and if you don't have it, you have to look for it. Or you get burned out and then you're not productive."
Olsen and Sarkozy, 47, started dating in 2012. Following a low-key engagement, they married in late 2015. Sarkozy was previously married to Charlotte Bernard. The couple have two children together.
