The TOWIE star was recently alleged to have cheated on her then-boyfriend Jamie Reed with their fellow reality television co-star, but both Amber and Dan denied the claims.
Now, however, the pair have admitted that they did kiss.
Amber, 23, confessed her infidelity to friend Megan McKenna, saying: "I'm a bit caught up in a s**t situation. Everyone's talking about it.
"I can see how it looks. I feel s**t. I feel like people think things are going on. Nothing's going on. I went to Faces [nightclub]. I went to an after party at Dan's. I kissed him. The timings look so s**t."
However, when she came face-to-face with her boyfriend of four years, Amber was less than forthcoming with her interaction with Dan.
Confronting his then-girlfriend, Jamie claimed: "I've got a video on my phone of your car there at 12 o'clock outside and the next morning at 7 in the morning. You're a liar."
Amber insisted that she only went to pick up a jacket at that time in the morning, to which Jamie replied: "You seem guilty. Why was your car there?"
Dan himself was later confronted by co-stars Tommy Mallet and James 'Diags' Bennewith about the situation. He admitted that he had then kissed Amber, but appeared to defend his behaviour, saying that he was single.
