Louisa Johnson has thanked her boyfriend Dan Elliot for keeping her grounded.
The singer, who won the X Factor in 2015 at the age of 17, was appearing on ITV's This Morning when she made the comment.
When asked by hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby about what keeps her grounded, the teenager replied: "I'm such a home girl. I love being at home with my family doing normal things and it keeps me grounded. I'm not sure I could ever go off the rails."
She was then asked if her boyfriend Dan helps to keep her grounded, to which she said: "It's perfect. I wouldn't change it for anything. We get along really well and he was with me before anything happened."
The couple have been dating for over a year.
