A source told The Mirror: "Yesterday it was fine and they were happy - then just a few hours ago Jeremy dropped the bombshell.
"Steph is very upset, for herself and baby Caben. It could be the final chapter in their story, and Steph is heartbroken."
Jeremy appeared in court on Wednesday, 10 May, and admitted criminal damage, however he denied assaulting Stephanie.
Jeremy is to face trial on 07 august.
