According to The Sun newspaper, the couple held an 'intimate' ceremony at the famous Wynn hotel in Las Vegas. The vow renewal comes a year after the pair's marriage was on the verge of coming to an end after Ozzy was found to have cheated on his wife.
However, the couple were able to work through their problems and have stayed together.
Commenting on the recent ceremony, a source is quoted by the publication as saying: "This is something Sharon has wanted for some time. She had been talking about the possibility with friends since last year after dealing with their problems, but when it came to the day itself she wanted to keep things very low-key.
"They are obviously used to doing everything in the spotlight but made a conscious decision to keep this quiet. It was just an intimate family get-together at the hotel with their children and very nearest and dearest there."
Sharon, 64, and 68-year-old Ozzy have been together for 36 years – and married for 34. They have three children together; daughters Aimee and Kelly, and a son called Jack.
