There has been mounting speculation over the past week that the couple had become parents again, but on Sunday night, Beyoncé's father, Mathew Knowles, took to Twitter to announce the birth. In his message, he simply said, "they're here" and wished them a happy birthday from grandad.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z have yet to comment on the news.
The couple are already parents to five-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.
